Different is Beautiful Growing up, I feared being different—I desperately wanted to fit in. I made bad decisions grounded in insecurity. I only realized later: being different is your edge—your ultimate competitive advantage. No one can compete with you, at being you.

If you want better stories, or better answers, then try asking better or more engaging questions. Better questions can also help guide the behaviors that you admire and would like to instill into practice. Being generous and kind is now a part of my son’s daily narrative.
