Democracy is how we enable peaceful regime change in the executive and legislative state instead of violent revolution. I think one of the deepest political question of our time is how we enable peaceful regime change in the bureaucratic and regulatory state.

@ChrisWillx @hubermanlab As someone who did some of the early work on dopamine signaling in humans, this quote sounds like nonsense to me. Much of this dopamine loathing is based on inappropriate extrapolations from some substances of abuse. And it's unwarranted.
