Question: If you use apps for specific habits like... Meditation: Calm, Headspace, Waking Up, etc Fitness: Fitbit, StrongLifts, etc Diet: MyFitnessPal, etc What is the main benefit you receive? What is the one feature that, if they removed it, you would feel disappointed?

I can’t tell you how many times I don’t feel like training and tell myself, “I’ll just do one set and see how I feel.” You would think it would stop working at some point, but I almost always end up doing the whole workout. Just start. Do something and see what happens.

The antidote to a bad day is a good workout.

I fasted for 3 days. Only water, tea, and electrolytes. It was tough but worth it. Good opportunity to reflect how grateful I am for this life. The meal at the end tasted incredible. youtube.com/watch?v=d8nQ2d… pic.twitter.com/tbXhfQENMy

I’m training to do the splits. Learning about flexibility. I’ve learn a lot of flexibility comes from the central nervous system (aka your brain). So, even though I can’t split now, could I do it if I were under anesthesia (aka knocked out) or dead?

Drunk Sam vs Sober Sam Booze makes you fat, bloated, sore joints. Being sober makes you...not as fat, bloated, w/ healthy joints. Also..you're sober enough to know you need sunscreen. Episode here -> podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/my-… pic.twitter.com/BlF6cdh1kL

Did a long workout today and sparing with a new friend who’s a Navy Seal. Three things I learned. 1. tough guys exist. And I’m happy they do! 2. There are levels to this fitness and mental toughness game. 3. I am not at that level. Was fun, eye opening, inspiring.

Once you’re calm and fit, you have everything worth having, as the rest just comes and goes.

If you save your favorite video and audio for workouts only, you’ll look forward to exercise.
